2022-2023 Academic Year Private Student (6-18) Lessons - PAID BY CHECK
Please complete the form below to register for the 2022-2023 academic year. By completing this form, you are registering your student for the 2022-2023 academic year with payments received via check. Once we receive the completed registration form, you will receive an invoice (via email) outlining the payment plan indicated.
Please note, a $60 deposit is required to reserve your spot for the semester. We request this deposit be mailed PRIOR to the start of the semester. Please make your check payable to Applause Piano Studio and mail your deposit to:

Your deposit and registration is required by June 30th, 2022 in order to secure your spot. Registering after June 30th does not guarantee your spot for the 2022-2023 Academic Year.
Private Student (6-18) Lessons are available in 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute increments. The Tuition for the 2022-2023 Academic Year is as follows:
30 minute lesson: $1,475
45 minute lesson: $1,750
60 minute lesson: $2,000
The Academic Year begins in September 2022 and concludes in June 2023. Please be sure to review the Studio Policy prior to registering.
Please note, your registration covers the cost of a $40 yearly registration fee and a $20 tuition credit. There will be additional Instructional Books and Materials which will be invoiced separately and paid by cash or check.
Installment plans are available in bi-annual (2 payments), quarterly (4 payments) or monthly (10 months). Please select your payment plan when registering. Details of the due dates for your selected payment plan are listed below.
All installments are due the week before the first lesson of the upcoming month. Installments due dates are as follows:
Bi-annually Installments: Tuition invoices for families selecting the Bi-annual Installments will be sent in August 2022 and January 2023. Bi-annual installments will be:
30 minute lesson: $737.50/installment
45 minute lesson: $875/installment
60 minute lesson: $1,000/installment
Quarterly Installments: Tuition Invoices for families selecting the Quarterly Installments will be sent in August 2022, November 2022 and February 2023. Quarterly installments will be:
30 minute lesson: $491.67/installment and $491.66 for the last installment.
45 minute lesson: $583.34/installment and $583.32 for the last installment.
60 minute lesson: $666.67/installment and $666.66 for the last installment.
Monthly Installments: Tuition invoices for families selecting the Monthly installments will be sent invoices every month beginning in August 2022 and will pay their final installment in May 2023. Monthly installments will be:
30 minute lesson: $147.50/installment
45 minute lesson: $175/installment
60 minute lesson: $200/installment
By choosing this form you are signing up for you payment method to be by check.
Checks and cash: Payments made using checks or cash must be paid prior to your first lesson of the upcoming month. For example, the September 2022 monthly payment must be received prior to the first September 2022 lesson. There will be a $25 late fee applied if payment is not received timely.
Payment is due by the 30th of each month.
